Safe & Sound provides service for all products we sell and subsequently install.
installation warranty
During the manufacturer’s warranty period any defective parts and components are covered by the manufacturer. In addition Safe & Sound provides an installation warranty on products we sell and subsequently install.
During the Safe & Sound installation warranty period any labor charges related to the defective product are free. After the Safe & Sound installation warranty expires we charge a standard service fee for labor. Parts are free if still under manufacturer’s warranty.

Safe & Sound also services almost any other existing “out of warranty” product or system, of any type we sell, which was previously installed by another company. Standard parts and labor charges apply.
